National Trip Camp (ages 16-18)
*Director Approval and successful completion of our Traditional Program is required for campers who wish to be considered for our Trip Camps
The National trip camp is designed for the camper who has attended camp for several years and has successfully completed a few trip camps. The National trip camp is a two week long experience that takes campers from Ohio to adventures in other states. Campers will enjoy a cross-state excursion where sightseeing is a priority as well as working together and experiencing natural opportunities for social interaction amongst their peers. The 2019 National Trip will include visits to Mammoth Cave National Park and Red River Gorge in Kentucky, as well as Great Smoky Mountains National Park in Tennessee on their two-week journey. Previous National Trip camp locations: Letchworth State Park (NY), Rocky Mountains (CO), Great Smoky Mountains National Park (TN), Sleeping Bear Dunes (MI), and Shenandoah National Park (VA).
