The Wheelchair Build Program is a great way to encourage teamwork by building Wheelchairs for others. This engaging program is designed to focus on Community Impact and Social Responsibility. Each team is asked to participate in different challenges to earn the materials and parts needed to build the wheel chair.
Challenges include riddles, cerebral tasks and physical exercises to encourage problem solving as a team. Team members must work together to construct wheelchairs, which are inspected by our staff to ensure that they are ready for donation to a local charity. The event culminates in a fun wheelchair race and the donation of the completed wheelchairs.
